The Tavern is a 16+ reader space for talking about Joshua’s books, Elendor and the creative work they inspire. Every public contribution is reviewed by a person before it appears.
Who is welcome
You must be at least 16 years old to submit a topic, reply or artwork. You may use a display name and do not need to publish your legal name or email address.
Speak to people, not at them
- Disagreement is welcome; harassment, threats, hate speech and targeted abuse are not.
- Do not impersonate another person or present invented claims as coming from Joshua.
- Do not publish private information—your own or anybody else’s.
- Do not submit spam, scams, repetitive promotion, explicit sexual material or unlawful content.
- Only share creative work you made or have permission to share.
Human review comes first
New contributions remain private until Joshua approves them. Automatic checks may flag risky language, links, contact details, threats, spam or hidden formatting, but they do not make the final decision. Content may be rejected, edited with the contributor’s agreement, removed later, or reported for review. Approval is never guaranteed.
Leave a lantern for spoilers
Clearly identify significant book spoilers in titles and opening lines. Deliberately spoiling another reader’s experience may result in removal.
